What are the hours of operation?

The Aquatarium will be open 7 days a week, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Note: From time to time, the Aquatarium may be closed to the public, including certain holidays. Please check our website before you visit, to ensure there are no changes to the opening and closing times.

Where are you located?

We are located at the foot of Broad Street in Brockville, Ontario, Canada; right on the waterfront. Our address is:

How much is admission?

How long does it take to get through the Aquatarium?

The experience takes approximately 90 minutes; however, this time will vary from person to person.

What kinds of animals will be in the Aquatarium?

We will feature many types of fish that are indigenous to the St. Lawrence River and the surrounding 1000 Islands area. River otters, various reptiles, amphibians and many more, friendly critters who call the Aquatarium their permanent home. On-going guest speakers and scientists will bring in different and unique species, for special Aquatarium visits. We will list them on ourCalendar of Events, so be sure not to miss them!

Will you have wheelchairs available for visitors?

Yes, we will have wheelchairs available for visitors, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Are you taking reservations for weddings and conferences?

We are currently taking reservations for weddings, meetings and events for 2016. Book your special day with us now, and host your special day at one of the most exciting attractions in the 1000 Islands! Contact our Manager of Visitor Experience, to discuss details.

Can I volunteer at the Aquatarium?

We have several ways to volunteer at the Aquatarium, each with their own additional benefits and opportunities. We invite you to visit our Volunteer page, on the website, to learn how you can join our team and become a part of our Aquatarium family, for years to come!

How can I keep up-to-date on what’s happening at the Aquatarium?

There are lots of ways to keep informed about what is going on at the Aquatarium. We will be providing lots of new content on our website, including interesting blogs.
